Welcome to the Birches West!
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the community and the Property Owners Association.
The Association was organized to promote the maintenance, improvement and enjoyment of the community's facilities and is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, VP of Recreation, VP of Maintenance, Treasurer, and Secretary. Additionally, there is an Architectural Chairperson and a Community Manager. The Board holds monthly meetings, generally on the third Monday of each month, which are open to all property owners. Please call 570-269-2906 if you would like to attend a monthly meeting, to verify the time and place for that month. Dues are collected annually to maintain and operate the recreation facilities.
The Recreation area, located on Brian Lane, consists of a swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, and two swing set areas. Badges are issued to all members in good standing for use of the facilities. Initial badges are issued free of charge for each member of your family, and guest badges are available for a nominal fee.
